McGill Sit-ups
Seated Hip Abduction
External Rotation from an abducted and adducted shoulder position (on the cable pulley)
Wall slides
Scarecrows
Low Trap Activation
Shoulder Dislocations


15 homemade (box jump and squat rack) GHR
24 total Walking Lunges
4 Rounds
