Warm-up

A lot of foam rolling and a lot of mobility.


Training

A. Bent-Over Row Supinated (underhand) Grip - 80 reps at 95 lbs - 40xo

Perform as many reps as possible until concentric speed reduce
Rest 45 seconds
Repeat until you attain 80 reps
Use a fat bar, wrap a towel around the bar, or get a pair of fat gripz
